Shipping Policy

Retro Lum LED ships LED lighting products to addresses within the United States Only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Free Shipping

Qualified orders include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time; if a surcharge applies on oversized fixtures, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Processing Times

  • In-stock strip lights, bulbs, and accessories: typically handled within 1–2 business days.
  • Fixtures, high bays, and panel lights: may require 2–4 business days for pack-out and carrier scheduling.
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit Estimates

  • Standard ground: 3–7 business days after handoff to the carrier.
  • Larger fixtures may ship via parcel or light freight depending on carton size and weight.

Packaging for Lighting Products

LED strips ship coiled and protected against crease damage. Bulbs and glass-style lamps are cushioned against impact. Fixtures ship in reinforced cartons. Please inspect packages on delivery and note visible carton damage with the carrier before signing when possible.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed to the address used at checkout once the label is created. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days after scan, contact us at info@retrolumled.com or +1 (800) 478-6180.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable shipping address. Packages returned for address errors may be subject to re-shipment charges.

Tax

Orders are offered as tax free at checkout where applicable under our current store configuration. Final tax treatment follows U.S. regulations for your ship-to location if requirements change.
