Refund & Return Policy

We want your space lit correctly. If something arrives wrong or fails under normal use, we will make it right.

Return Window

Most unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility

• Product is unused, uncut (for LED strips), and in resalable condition.
• All accessories, connectors, drivers, and documentation are included.
• Proof of purchase from Retro Lum LED is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• LED strip lights that have been cut, soldered, or permanently installed.
• Custom-cut lengths or special-order fixtures.
• Items damaged by improper voltage, outdoor use of indoor-only products, or modification.
• Gift cards and downloadable guides.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after a quick review. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@retrolumled.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We reply with an authorization (RMA) and packing instructions.
3. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the customer’s responsibility unless we specify otherwise.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.

Need a different color temperature or length? Request an exchange in your RMA email and we will guide you through availability.
